Feedback For Module IT
We recently moved our business (H1 Digital and parent Company The Lines Group) and needed to ensure that our VoIP system transferred seamlessly.
Module IT‘s support desk worked closely with us over the weekend, even turning up at 7am to make sure business was not unduly interrupted.
Dealing with legacy hardware, getting it to work with more modern systems, and diagnosing really difficult cabling issues they managed to ensure the whole system worked where other IT businesses would have suggested installing expensive new hardware.

We met Module IT through Twitter. They are local which makes on-site support easier and more reliable. Luckily, with Google Apps we don‘t need to call upon them too often. We needed skilled, confident, well-informed and imaginative IT support for our fast-moving business and Module IT have fitted that remit perfectly. The introduction of Google Apps and the support Module IT have given us has been a breath of fresh air. We can literally take our office with us wherever we go; it has transformed collaborative working and sharing of documents, calendars and ideas simple and easy. Module IT have introduced and set this up for us and continue to provide close and supportive assistance. We have Improved efficiency, cost savings, time saved and received a friendly and personal service.
It used to take three days to compile management accounts using our old system. Module IT advised us on the right software combination to help us generate these accounts automatically and produce a substantial time saving for us.
